Hello
I really like the idea of OrbRider, it looks so much feature rich and the 3D perspective looks amazing.
Been trying to run the application on a Dell Latitude E5440, which seems to meet all the minimum requirements. But its running extremely slow. OrbRider looks really graphics intensive, so wondering if this machine will live up to the requirements?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
OK, wow that's cool that you are testing this on a Windows 7 machine!
Hit your "Escape" key to bring up the game menu
See if you can click on the "Settings" button in the game menu
In the "Settings" menu, see if you can click on the brown "Default" button
This is at the bottom center of the "Settings" menu
4. Confirm that you want to reset your settings back to the "Default" settings.
a. Click "Yes" button
I'll be curious to hear if that fixes your screen size so that you can see the FPS counter.
Hi Naveed, Thank you for your feedback and interest in OrbRider.
I checked out your PC specs here. It seems like you might have an onboard 2 GB graphics card which should allow the game to run but as you pointed out, it may be really slow.
While running the game, in the top right corner of your screen, you will see an "FPS" (Frames Per Second) metric. What number do you get for FPS?
I would think that if you can get at least 14 FPS, the game would be playable for you so it may be worth trying to update your graphics drivers.
Do you know if this is the graphics card your PC has? https://www.geforce.com/hardware/notebook-gpus/geforce-gt-720m/specifications
If that is the correct video card then it looks like these are the latest drivers for Windows 10 can be downloaded here:

I'd start here and see if you have the latest video card drivers and can get at least 14 (FPS).
