In this version you are now able to ride and fly in multiple biomes! The first three biomes that are currently available are named, "Orbville Hills", "Mountain Valley", and "White Desert".
Orbville Hills
You start the game in Orbville Hills and can return to this biome by clicking the citrine (yellow) gem icon in the action bar at the bottom of your game screen.
Each biome has a biking and flying mode with the ability to travel in either direction by clicking the first "U-Turn" action button. The biking mode also supports "OrbRider Teams" in each biome.

There was an issue with the Mountain Valley course that has been fixed in version 1.3.8.0
